McCleery is a fantastic singer and composer - excited recently Jamie Woon on the pages of The Observer. McCleery is also praised by his fellow from the Ninja Tune - Fink record label. However, "There Is" is not only original voice of Jono and his great songs, but also discrete electronics and fine arrangements of bass, strings or harp that make the album sounds contemporary, and seems to be a well-known classic.

Jono’s music is timeless - delights with richness of melody and vocals, worries like Nick Drake songs, shocks with emotions like Marvin Gaye and impresses with the romantic passion of Jeff Buckley. Jono defines the new sound of folk / soul music of our time - writes one critic. Other reviewers, not unreasonably, compare him to this year's revelations of insular ambitious pop - already mentioned Jamie Woon and James Blake. In this group McCleery is distinguished by jazz inclinations, but like Woon and Blake, McCleery is the champion of moderation, a complete master of vocal expression, can find the perfect balance between digital and organic sounds. Even the seemingly ad nauseam played, melancholic hit of the 80s: "Wonderful Life" by Black, can be turned by the musician from London into full unrest and the dark beauty confession.
Jono’s version is no less daring than adaptation of the "Limit To Your Love" by James Blake - the space between the sounds seems to be as important as the sounds themselves. "There Is" is an album that requires concentration - only then you will discover a wealth of details that determine the quality and originality of Jono’s songs. The British people have another great soulful talent, another character who, acting a little off the beaten track, on the margins of mainstream transforms our view of the history of the genre.

Presale finishes two days before the date of the concert.
